If you are a beginer on number theory, I recommand N. Koblitz's "Introduction to Elliptic Curves and Modular Forms"

or Rosen's "A classical introduction to modern number theory".

The book is based on the notes from the graduate course given by the author at Rutgers University in the fall of 1994 and the spring of 1995.
