Theorems and formulae are apparent, being laid out nicely. A little wordy at times, but the explanations are always clear. I've utilized three other introductory ODE books (Farlow, Blanchard, Nagle) and Zill/Wright (this book) does it best.

My only qualm is the lack|About the Author|Dennis G. Zill is professor of mathematics at Loyola Marymount University. His interests are in applied mathematics, special functions, and integral transforms. Dr. Zill received his Ph.D. in applied mathematics and his M.S. from Iowa State Univ
